This product is a manufacturer-authorized refurbished item, processed and sold by Australia’s only officially certified refurbisher and service centre.
Unlike second-hand resellers, we handle every step of the refurbishment ourselves — from inspection and repair to testing and final packaging — ensuring we maintain full control over product quality.
All units undergo multi-stage inspection and testing following strict factory standards, using original manufacturer-supplied parts only.
We stand behind every product we sell.
If any issue arises, our authorized service centre in Australia is fully equipped to assist you directly — no overseas shipping, no third-party handling.
Product Condition & Warranty Options
All our refurbished products come with a default 3-month store warranty, covering both parts and labour.
If you’d like extended protection, simply select an additional store warranty option —
you can purchase an extra 6-month or 12-month extended warranty for added peace of mind.
If the current product page does not show additional warranty options,
it means this particular product model does not currently support extended warranty.
Condition Grades
Every product is thoroughly tested and categorized into one of the following three grades:

Premium — No obvious signs of use, extremely light or no scratches, fully functional.

Excellent — Minor signs of use, few light scratches, fully functional.

Good — Normal signs of use, visible wear or marks, but fully functional and performance-tested.
Each listing clearly indicates the condition grade so you can choose the option that best matches your preference and budget.
Local Pickup & On-Site Inspection
We support and encourage local pickup orders.
Customers are welcome to inspect the product on-site before completing the purchase, ensuring you are fully satisfied with the item’s condition and performance.
Our team will assist you during inspection and testing, and you can make payment securely on the spot once you’re happy with your selection.

Shipping & Delivery Times
We’re pleased to offer shipping across Australia! (Please note that we do not currently offer international shipping.) Orders are typically delivered within 2–5 business days.
To offer the best value for our smart buyers, we don’t inflate prices to include “free shipping.”
Shipping fees are calculated fairly based on your location, ensuring you only pay the true delivery cost.
Estimated delivery times and price are displayed on product pages, but please note that unforeseen delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
In-store Pickup
In addition to our shipping service, we also offer a free in-store pickup option. No shipping fees apply for orders collected directly from our store.
In-store Pickup Requirements: Please bring a valid Australian photo ID (such as a passport or driver’s license). If your order was paid by credit card, you must also present the actual card used for the transaction.
No ID + no credit card as required = No Goods.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. However, due to the rise in online fraud, these measures are in place to ensure both your security and ours. This requirement is strictly non-negotiable.
Order Processing & Tracking

Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays).

If we experience a high volume of orders or anticipate any delays, we’ll reach out via email.

Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
While we don’t have control over transit delays, Kubot's customer support team is always here to help—whether it’s tracking your order or assisting with any shipping issues whenever possible.
Changing Delivery Address
Once an order is placed, we are unable to change the delivery address. Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and up to date. Kubot is not responsible for any delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Delivered But Not Received Claims
While not common, there may be an instance where the tracking of the package confirms delivery but the customer is unable to locate the package. In such instances, the customer must make the claim within 14 calendar days of the delivery date of their item(s). Any claims submitted after this 14-day period will be automatically rejected and the item(s) will not be eligible for a refund. The delivery date is considered the date on which the shipment tracking indicates the item(s) were successfully delivered to the provided address. To make a claim within the 14-day period, the customer can log into their account, go to My orders, locate the item(s) and click Help and follow the prompts to submit a claim.

All our products come directly from the original manufacturer. We are the only authorized refurbisher in Australia, which means every item is sourced, tested, and restored under the manufacturer’s quality standards.
2️⃣ What does “refurbished” mean?
A refurbished product is a pre-owned item that has been professionally inspected, repaired, and tested to perform like new.
All refurbishment work is carried out by our certified technicians using genuine, manufacturer-supplied parts only — ensuring reliability, safety, and original performance standards.
Our refurbishment process includes:

Each product has a complete refurbishment record and must pass a strict multi-point inspection checklist before being approved for sale — guaranteeing consistent quality and full traceability.
3️⃣ Do your refurbished products come with a warranty?
✅ Yes. All our refurbished products come with a store warranty that covers parts and labour.
Warranty periods vary by product category, but generally range from 3 to 12 months.
Extended warranty options are also available at checkout.

4️⃣ What is the cosmetic condition of your products?
We classify our products into three grades:

Each product page clearly shows its cosmetic grade, so you know exactly what you’re buying.
5️⃣ What is your return and refund policy?
We accept returns within 14 days for faulty or incorrect items, and change-of-mind returns only if the product remains unused in original condition and packaging; clearance, sale, sold-as-is items and gift cards are non-returnable.
6️⃣Do you provide technical support or repairs after purchase?
Yes. As an authorized refurbisher and authorized service provider, we provide after-sales repair services, and technical support throughout Australia.
Our certified technicians can handle both in-warranty and out-of-warranty repairs.
7️⃣How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically delivered within:
