At Kubot Online, we maintain a clear and structured approach to returns in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Our priority is to uphold transparency, consistency, and legal compliance in every transaction.

This policy outlines the conditions under which returns, refunds, or replacements may be requested. It includes both your statutory rights as a consumer and our store-specific procedures.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept the terms described in this policy.

1. Faulty, Not as Described, or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives faulty, damaged, not as described, or if the wrong item has been sent, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. 

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

2. Change of mind returns

We understand that unexpected situations may occur. If you wish to return an item for change of mind, we can accept the return only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The item is in the same condition as received

  • Unused / unworn

  • All original tags, accessories, manuals, and inserts are included

  • Returned in the original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is provided

For change-of-mind returns, customers must arrange and cover their own return shipping.


We strongly recommend using a tracked postage service for your protection and packing all items securely to prevent transit damage

3. Non-returnable items

Some items are sold under special conditions and cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances. These include:

  • Clearance / Final Sale items

  • Items explicitly advertised or sold as “Sold As-Is”

  • Sale items or discounted promotional items

  • Gift cards

  • Items where the condition or defects were fully disclosed and accepted at the time of purchase

Purchases of these items are final, and no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be provided.

Return Process

Any request for a product return or refund must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order and sent via email to support@kubotonline.com. Please include the following in your request:

  • Your invoice, repair, or sales reference number
  • A clear description of the item and reason for return
  • Any relevant photos or documentation (if applicable)

Once received, our team will review your request and respond to discuss the next steps. Please do not return items without prior communication and approval.
Refunds will only be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
